- Free shipping on orders over CAD 150 (before tax).
- Orders under CAD$150 (before tax): CAD 20 Standard Shipping Rate + Tax [BC,AB,MB,SK,ON,QC]
- CAD 25 Standard Shipping Rate + Tax [All Other Provinces]
EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY FOR OVERSIZED/HEAVY PACKAGES. WE’LL REACH OUT TO YOU, IF ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ARE REQUIRED, EVEN IF YOUR ORDER HAS QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING.
How to Check Your Order Status
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take 48-72 hours for tracking information to be updated and accessible.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping information before and after placing your order. If you notice any mistakes, email us immediately before the package is shipped (Subject: Order#XXXX, Urgent - Shipping Address Change). Since different postal services have different policies, some packages cannot be intercepted or returned once they are in transit. If the package has already been shipped and you realize the address is incorrect, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee success or take responsibility for the outcome.
If packages are returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts:
Please Keep in Mind: You will be charged for the reshipping costs if your package can be intercepted and returned to us, and we are unable to cancel your order or issue refunds in these circumstances. The buyers is fully responsible.
For Canada customers - You will be responsible for return and reshipping fees.
